Privacy policy

This site is run by Apex Alliance LLC (Vergali). We decide how the personal information described on this page is used. To reach us, use the contact page.

There are no accounts on this site. There is no checkout and we do not take payment details. Purchases happen on Amazon, under Amazon's own privacy policy.

Two forms on this site collect information from you:

• The optional warranty registration on the warranty page. It asks for your name, your email and your Amazon order ID.
• The Rapid Refund form on the Rapid Refund page. It asks for your name, your email, your Amazon order ID and the reason for your request.

We use this information to record your warranty or process your refund, and to email you about it. We do not sell it. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.

These forms and emails are handled for us by Klaviyo, our email and forms provider.

If you send a message through the chat or the contact form on this site, it is processed by Help Scout, our support desk. We use what you send to answer you.

Our workout videos are hosted by YouTube. We embed them in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may still collect data when you play a video, and its own privacy policy applies to that.

We may use Google Analytics to measure visits to this site in aggregate, such as which pages are read. We use this to see which pages help and which need work.

Our hosting provider, Google Cloud, keeps standard server logs. These can include your IP address, your browser and the pages you requested.

This site links to other sites, such as Amazon and YouTube. We do not run them and we do not control their privacy practices. Please read their policies when you visit.

We take sensible steps to protect the information we hold. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Send your request through the contact page.

California residents: we do not sell personal information.
